Why simply not fake a entire passport, it is very difficult for any of these VIDEO APPs to recognize if this is a real innerpage of the passport or if it is manipulated.

I can tell you so much, TW, SatchelPay, Revolut and a few more don't detect it at all.

Yes but they detect and record your face, this is what needs to be avoided
