Quppy EMI with iban & crypto

Has anyone used this service Quppy They have fully functional iban where you can deposit crypto. I registered an account and it was fairly simple. They also have corporate accounts. I'm interested if they react to to money transfers by asking additional verification.

Does anybody know better android emulators than nox? For some reason you can't install their app on nox.

That's a good question, I know the EMI and I have an account with them but I have not used them so far. Did you made any transactions with them?

Not yet I just opened the account. They will have debit card also (coming soon). Seems like advcash but with iban. They are registered in Estonia so I expect policies to be stricter than with advcash, but the iban is quite nice to have. It would remove need to use 2 emis advcash-transferwise for sepa transactions.

This sounds good! I may give them a try soon, too. Can I ask what they needed, in terms of ID and other verification to open the account? Will sign up soon and let you know how it goes. Could you update this thread once you've used them a bit? Want me to do the same if I sign up to them and run into any issues etc?

Ahhh buy Soulguy, if you don't like to work directly in the app... do you know about the apps you can get that kinda force to use an image from your gallery, instead of the actual camera? Just mentioning, in case it helps 😉

Nice idea. But still a good quality image of the face needed 🙂

Hey
once verified it is a solution that works to some extend-but if you send bigger volume it may be blocked/or just not receiving the fiat
when you do a fiat to crypto exchange the money seems to be lost for a couple of minutes (i think until the crypto transfere has enough confirations)
it feels pretty much like a decentralised crypto wallet.

I was able to totally fake a passport and get it verified even with the person on the VIDEO CAMERA to ask me to turn around the passport. It is a joke if you know what you are doing but also funny.

The way of doing it is to take a real passport, use a high resolution printer and photoshop the page with the picture and data to what you want it to be, so you paste the page into the passport and once they ask you to show it on the CAM you do, they have 0 chances to detect what you have done 😀

My only concern was they keep the video on file and if authority comes later they identify you from your face on video

If they didn't record then I wouldn't give a f**k

yes that works, 100% !

You keep your real picture on it.. if they will investigate this at any point they will only take the data not the image, unless they can find you on social media etc.

Interesting. Which apps can you recommend and how does it work? I' d be happy to know!

Anyone else knows of apps that will enable you to use an image from the gallery instead of a taking a selfie with the camera? Or other ways to solve the selfie issue?

And if you are not using your own photo - does anyone have experience manipulating a live video?

And which are the remaining EMI s not asking for selfies or video calls (eventhough they may have a bad reputation?)

it is not possible to manipulate the video but you can exchange the image of your passport or simply make a new page for your passport which you put in there before you make the call. This means, fake DATA with your real image.

Yes there is a risk that they find out about what you are doing but I believe the risk is minimal and what they will do other then closing your account is also minimal.

Quppy seems good option, but as they are estonian company, will have very strict rules in terms of KYC and AML, so not useful for the major part of users of the forum

@blueweb Have you ever tried or considered to use a ultra real face mask, you take some passport pics, paste it on yor id, and maybe with a low cheap camera pass the video verification
