Hello,

I would like to incorporate an account at Seychelles or any other jurisdiction that is friendly with online gambling advertisement sites. Then I would like to use services such as AdvCash and LeuPay to get paid as opening a bank account that accepts gambling seems tough.

My question is, what is the process? I mean if I send an invoice from the new company what can be the route of the money:
-At advcash with transfer with my account id? They will not ask questions? I read on their website that both bank account and advcash should have the same name
-At offshore company bank (I have yet to find a friendly and reliable bank)

Another question has to do with process of opening both the company and the advcash account. Do they require my personal documents and if so what are the risks of providing them?

And If I use some fake ID/darks, what is the need for a company? A personal advcash account would work or a company would be needed?

Thanks in advance for the great resources!

You may recosider your options. Without a licensed business no bank will accept your business for account opening. Most providers of such services use proxy sites to hide the real activity.

AdvCash does not ask questions what so ever, they are happy if you use their service, only thing they may require from time to time is to re verify the account. If you open a business account this is not the case. Last time I spoke with them they allowed transfers to and from 3rd party accounts. Otherwise use LeuPay.

They all require personal documents, that's why many are using DARKS for company formation and setup of the advcash account, so your name will not appear anywhere.

You could simply start with an personal AdvCash account to learn more and later upgrade to business account once the company is setup with darks.

You can look into Costa Rica and St. Kiits it may be a valid option for your business activity!
