Hello everyone,
After my presentation and my first ask, I'm back again.

I made some more money the past few months and really feel the urge to move from where I am, and I need some advice from multiple angles:

1. I currently own 9/10 of my money in cryptocurrency, and I'm using more than 10 "crypto" bank accounts opened with different dark. All the same bank.
- If I go through an airport or a police check, could having X numbers of cards from the same bank, but different holder names be a problem? How could I justify this?

2. Since I don't declare any of my revenues at the moment, I would like to open some legitimate online businesses, such as printed shirts or jewelry shops, in a different country.
- At the moment, what are the best countries to open this type of shop ? (Virtual Office ?)
- How to be anonymous, or at least hidden from public searches ?
- Can I invest my current undeclared money without problems?

3. I NEED to move from my current country, would like to do that in less than 6 months. I need it to be crypto-friendly and low-cost if possible (it will surely be lower than my actual country anyway).
- At the moment, what are the best countries for a European man to move to?
- By creating a company in the same country as where I'll be, how can I get a visa there?
- I plan to first open the examples quoted before, then create bigger legitimate businesses, like nightclubs.

Information about myself:
- I don't have any restrictions about the country I'm in; I can move whenever I need and want to.
- I have a legit passport.
- I have less than 25 years.
- I never created any company; I never "worked" on paper.
- I'm ready to invest tens of thousands if needed.

I don't have any more questions in mind, but I will probably have some more, I'll make sure to add them.
If you need more details about myself or what suits me, please feel free to ask.
I'm currently re-reading different posts on the forum and in the resources, but I need some direct advice since the world of company is new to me.

Very unlikely that guards check your cards, but not impossible. If they find out, you are in trouble. You need to know how to pass borders without looking suspicious.

Setting up company is the last of your problems.

Ps. 9 out of 10 of the people who describe a similar situation are just mythomaniacs. Of that genuine 10%, 40% are lucky, 50% are not, 10% make good informed decisions and thrive.

Kid,

What I am about to tell is very profound and lost on everybody I have ever met! I only figured it out because ... well... let's just say "it wasn't for a good reason"

There are NO mutes in prison! (Mute being the inability to speak).

Keep this in the back of your head, BEFORE you speak or volunteer information.

Good luck! 😉

You would be arrested on the spot and held until an investigation is completed. Highly dependent on where it happens, though.

Whatever you choose, just keep the transaction patterns reasonable. No one buys printed shirts for 100,000 USD a week. Find a business that is commensurate with the required transaction patterns. It should also match your personal and professional background.

Anonymous is easy if you're just doing crypto in, crypto out. You can go with a secretive jurisdiction and/or use nominees. For the money to come out "clean" on the other end, you need to be able to connect a genuine link between yourself and the business activities (i.e. no darks).

But you have to be prepared for a thorough audit. If all orders for online massage therapy were paid for from the same crypto wallet by a thousand different people, that's not going to fly. Having them all traceable back to the same wallet might not be good enough either, if your auditor or opponent is skilled.

Turkey and UAE are relatively easy to migrate to, have relaxed laws around money laundering, and banks that are capable of handling large sums of money without you sticking out too much like a sore thumb.

What skills do you have that make you stand out?
What is your educational level?
Are you a developer?
Front-end, back-end, or full-stack?
What languages do you speak?
Are you presentable? I mean clean-cut appearance, for example.

So, I don't see it as money laundering since the money is fully clean and cannot be linked to any suspect activities. I just want to invest money that hasn't been declared at the moment ! smi(&%

When I was asking for anonymity, I wasn't talking about all-day life, in which I have some knowledge, but the business world.

I don't want my business to be cleaning hundred of dollars every day; I just want a real shop that will allow me to insert myself better in a given country.
For all the making of it, I can handle it (design, code, history, etc.).

The dark accounts are mostly used when I need to grab some cash;
I can totally open up a fully legitimate bank account.

I have deep knowledge of making transactions untraceable, so that will be handled without a problem.

That's one of the cool things about money laundering (for law enforcement, that is). You're often presumed guilty until you prove your innocence. Governments love it. It doesn't matter what you think is or isn't money laundering. You have to convince a court that the prosecution is wrong, otherwise you go to jail.

Untraceable is one thing. You want the transactions to be traceable so that there is no question that your funds are of legitimate origin. Maybe you meant to imply both; just clarifying.

I've been in the internet community for more than 10 years, and spend most of it learning skills, I see myself with a decent pallets of skills even though I'm "still" young.

Are you a developer?

Yes, I master web development for more than +8 years, I master networking and cybersecurity too.
I also have knowledge in design.

Front-end, back-end, or full-stack?

Even if I don't like that word, yes, full-stack seem to suit me.

English, Spanish, French, Polish.

Yes, I try to not look like an eccentric person while still looking like a clean one.
I also have knowledge of social engineering and social interactions.

My country love to swallow your money; other than that, I could declare it. I'm looking to move first, then declare it.

I read all your answers. Your biggest challenge in life will be against envious humans and dumb humans.

Here's what I would do if I were in your position and 25 again. Knowing what I know now. Hindsight is a wonderful thing.

  1. I would NOT jump the gun! I would get a "regular job" where my skills are needed and can flourish. It guarantees a paycheck. I did this. You don't have to touch the principle. Don't confide anything to anyone that can be used against you. No a single thing. Think of how gang members under the ruse of "governments" promise to reward snitches for information that leads the gov. gangsters to confiscate property they did NOT work for. Don't trust your banker, your lawyer, your accountant, not even your own mom. Never volunteer information. Family and friends, although most of the time well-meaning, have a way of always sabotaging or judging what you "deserve". Keep your mouth shut! No exceptions!
  2. Since you speak so many useful languages, you can move if you prefer it. I would. Just to see the world.
  3. Do NOT invest in ANY business you don't fully understand and would not be able to profitably run by yourself without ANY employees. Just don't!
  4. Get yourself successful elderly friends who are extremely happy and do NOT badmouth or envy ANYONE else in their lives. (Except me, but then again, I'm not elderly yet).
  5. Do NOT try to purchase friendship or love. An intangible, friendship or love, can NOT be acquired by exchanging it with a TANGIBLE (i.e. money). People you can buy with money are NOT worth it! They are TOO cheap! Don't expect honesty, integrity, and loyalty from cheap people! 😉
  6. This quote from one of the members here is severely underrated. Read it. Understand it. Apply it.: UAE is on European Commission blacklist
Start here:
Don't hesitate to ask. I don't charge! I only stick to subjects that are within my domain. I do NOT stray outside my circle of competence.

Thank you for this answer, I really liked it and felt good reading it !

I like to read about different subjects on the forum. It's not the first time your answer has struck me, you seem like someone genuine and filled with knowledge, so again, thanks a lot.

For the part about being discrete, like I explained in my presentation, I've been growing into a particular world where you had to keep everything for yourself, and I had one big wake-up about 5 years ago. Since then, I have only trusted myself and kept a really low profile, even with my close friends, so your answer really suits me.

I already have some experience traveling alone; I've been doing it since I was 16, most of the time in my origin country, and I really like it.

I now feel like it's time to move for real, my goal is to leave before February 2024.

I've been researching for a few months different countries that could work for me, and it seems like Panama and the UAE are the best options I have.

Since Dubai seems like it's not a place to go anymore, I've been looking a lot at Panama.
I'm waiting for a lawyer to answer me back about moving there.
Do you have any experience with this country ?

My perfect goal would be to move here and open a company, either e-commerce-related or IT-related.

If you have any tips about anything not related to my first post, such as life advice, like you did, I'm well open to that ! 😀

Yes, but too long ago! Left a long time ago, so I can NO longer provide any valuable and useful information. If I were to return to Panama today, I wouldn't know what business to start. That's how long I've been away.

Salaries in Panama are sh*t though. So, unless you are going to freelance, I wouldn't get a job in Panama. Take time to decide what business to start. Fill the gap. Study the business well. Always stick to your circle of competence.

The persons you should seek advice from are @Panamood or @latindev
One is living in Panama and chilling and not doing much. He doesn't need to work. The other, I'm not sure, but they are both genuine and knowledgeable and know the area well. Since you have a Mentor Group Silver they'll most likely help you out.

Reach out to them. They can gift you some tips on what to do and what to avoid.

Panama is great, and you speak Spanish.
The Jewish community is strong in Panama. I used to "run" with them. They helped me out a lot.

Careful with lawyers in Panama when you are a "gringo". I dealt with 3 lawyers in Panama from 1997 to 2010. In the end, it was a "wealth transfer" from me to them. They caused me more problems than they solved and I spent more money on them than I made investing in their fees. I'm afraid I can't recommend any lawyers in Panama in good faith.

Cheers, mate!

PS. If in doubt, don't hesitate to ask.

That's my main concern, I'm currently talking to someone who migrated to Panama, I'm sure he can find me a lawyer, but I don't have full trust in him.

Anyway, thanks a lot for taking the time to answer. I'm going to go back to reading and sending messages. hap¤#"

Don't travel with your Cards at all.
If you use them for personal expenses and really need them then search any card modder on the internet which swaps the chip on a new design without any name on it.
UAE is still a good option and way easier to handle for your case. You can easily buy cars, real estate, gold, watches with crypto and sell them after one year and you have good source of funds for the bank.
Anyway anything up to 100k AED (approx. 27,4k USD) can easily be deposited every month on your bank account without any real questions.
You don't even need a company just get a freelance visa.
But if you wan't to go cheap choose thailand or georgia and operate with an US LLC or any offshore entity.

Thanks for your answer,

In the UAE, I don't need any company to get the Freelance Visa?
This can change everything, but I'm seeing many people withdrawing themselves from there because of the change in law and salary, while the living price is still going up.

All I need is a country in which I can easily stay while I create my business, but most of them seem to require a company or investment to live in.

Creating a company in one country and living in another is also something I can do.

No you don't need any company to get a freelance visa.
You can live cheap in the UAE. Here are so many low class workers, if the prices would go up like you think, they all would die of starvation.

Maybe Georgia is the best option for you.
Because Thailand is also a bit annoying with the visa requirements.

I saved a list of countries that I will visit and see for myself, which are:

- UAE (Dubai, maybe outside)
- Panama
- Georgia
- Thailand
- Bulgaria

Based on what I can read on the forum and outside, I'm going to make a list of features, decide which one to go with, and provide an update here.

Do people still offer help on creating a company or moving to a country on this forum, like Fred was doing?
Also, if anyone can recommend a contact or a website to do so, I would be very grateful.
