Curious question came to mind in my drowsiness last evening.

Why on earth isn't there a website (think freelancer but longer term).

Where users in states can offer their services as 'Resident Directors', 'Specific Skilled Staff', 'Home-Office Space + bills etc' to provide substance to companies.

There would be demand to A use it, B it would create economic opportunity thus be in demand for listers.

Fee structure wise, Company charges for Listing yourself on (selling yourself/services). + Marketing Space/Referrals (think Offshorecorptalk).

Perhaps a growth opportunity for OffshoreCorpTalk?
Structurally this could be up in running in a very short period of time.

Some law firms and corporate service providers offer this but they don't advertise it most of the time, because it's a bit unsightly.

Such a website would cover a relatively small segment of the market. Creating substance through workers is in "normal" contexts just called hiring and recruitment. If you're going to blow a few thousand a month (or year) on someone for substance, they might as well be doing some work for the business. Creating substance to satisfy the needs of someone who forms a foreign/offshore company, who knows what substance is, and who isn't just going to hire someone normally ”” it's a fraction of a fraction.

Overall, it's a good idea with low investment and overhead costs. If you commit to a couple of months of consistent advertising after striking some deals behind the scenes, it could become a small side income channel. But I think it would likely to turn into a ghost town after a while.
