I just formed my first offshore company in Belize with a nominee director. So this is a newbee question. Can I use the nominee's name and surname to open a google and youtube account for the company? How should I go about it?

As long as you don't need to verify the name with passport, utilitybill etc. you‌ can do that!

Is there another alternative? Are people available to provide their details for a fee? Or‌ should I create a fictional person?

Most often you‍ can get the documents from a nominee director send directly to the service that request them! However, there are some nominess that won't accept to sign contracts for certain services⁤ so you may check first what they can agree to.

Yes I suggest not to create accounts without your nominee's permission because if they find‌ out they might not like it much and then you would be in a big‍ problem because they could take over your accounts. It is better to respect your nominee director. A nominee director who gives you a power of attorney to do things in⁤ company name does NOT mean you can use his or her personal identity for whatever⁣ other things you like. They are not being paid for that. What you are suggesting⁢ amounts to identity theft which is a crime.
