yeah paid only 75EUR i fees - exchanges are too expensive for such sums.
I have to convert another 100K today.
I always do the same never use the SWAP function in Ledger, Trezor or Exodus, they charge a lot which you can do for a fraction with a little more work by doing it like you said, send the money to kraken or binance, do the exchange there and get the coins back to your wallet.
Use bridge platform on internet. And just compare the fee between each of them.
About big amount, and AML. They're right.

How do you go about 150K you want to trade with instantly. Would it be secure to send them to Kraken or Binance or is the risk they will freeze the amount and ask for additional KYC etc too high ?
