Do you know of anyone that lost their account by asking them questions like these? As of now I'm planning to have our CFO contact them on Monday with the flow of funds and expected volumes. Is there anything else you reccomend we mention from your experience with them?

In our experience any banks that will allow you to send crypto require a large deposit and multiple month setup time that we unfortunately don't have enough time for at this time. Do you know any banks which allow crypto transfers from business accounts which can be opened within a few business days?

You mentioned that this is for a US Resident owned company... What country is the company registered in?

What's your business type?

Our company provides our customers with the ability to buy and sell Xbox, Steam, and Playstation game codes. In addition we also sell these same game codes in bulk to our partners who are well established in the industry.
The above is what we expressed to Mercury on our application and indicated that we expect to transact in excess of 2m per month after a short scale up.

What business type did you designate with WF and BOA? You mentioned that they rejected your application based on your business type but based on what you're doing, I don't see why they would decline you. Want me to give it a go on your behalf?

That's the same description that we provided to BoA, Wells Fargo, Grasshopper Bank, Chase, Commerce Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Capital One, and Novo all declined because of the business type. If you know a bank that will approve the help would be extremely helpful as we've been looking for a bank that would allow us to send crypto for a significant number of months.

You have a business account with a brick and mortar bank that lets you send wires to crypto exchanges?

Do you have agreements in place with the IP holders?

No we don't have agreements in place with the IP holders. However we do have a contract with a 100 million+ market cap company that is known for selling these games as well for over 10 years despite not having any contracts with the IP holders for the video games.

How can you legally sell someone else's IP without the owner's agreement?

Take a look at websites like Eneba, G2a, and Gameflip where sellers there sell millions worth of video game keys without ever even being contacted by the publishers. Video game reselling is not something that the publishers care about at all. They don't actively fight against it or deactivate keys or anything like that.
