This is not going to happen legally. At least you risk that the account get closed at the same time where the bank will be informed about the change of ownership.

Mind you I'm not an expert in this field, while to me it looks like you are trying to achieve one or two goals to many taking just one step.
Your best setup might be different depending whether you need this company long or short term.
Also, you need to decide what is your main concern.
Is it privacy? You have a couple of options with jurisdictions (say US LLC in particular states), but considering this is in a mentor group, you could think about using real darks and using those details to open the companies (again US LLCs) but also UK LTD companies with VAT (cost under 200 including vat registration).
Banking mercury (for US) and transferwise for UK, real bank would not be an option anywhere, but getting those accounts would be easy.
Then next decision would be to think how you would like to treat your new company (or the whole new set of them).
You could skip all the reporting/taxes and ditch the company after some time (when say HMRC will send x letter about missing VAT reporting/payments) or you could provide reporting, pay taxes and basically run a legit company without being listed anywhere as an UBO. (there's also another decision to make about how to treat your dark personas, as depending how you will deal with the reporting they may get into bigger or smaller trouble, however this is for you to decide - I mention this as I know someone who dealt with real darks and refused working with one based on moral grounds, this may seem strange at first, but the reality is it's not only bums/homeless people who would be up for this, not knowing the consequences and for some consequences might be really big... )
Well, thinking about it, I need to correct myself as one of the advertisers here offers complete dark companies with bank accounts, so you could check them and see if the price would be good for you.
I haven't used them myself so this is not a vouch for anyone, and while you could do a lot yourself (or with your team) it takes different skills and risks to be able to open real bank accounts (or at least it does in my opinion!)
Whether on your own with darks or buying a complete dark setup you are ending up with an illegal setup.
How to manage this and not to get caught because you are lazy is yet another thing and there are solution for this too.
I think once you will know how you want to deal with the privacy you can decide about no tax/low tax, which is a different matter, while this will all depend on how and where you start the process.
You may also find out that maybe there's a way of achieving most of your goals without breaching the law, so with this said hope you will find enough expertise or be contacted by consultants who know what they are doing!
