Protonmail got forced to log ips and give out data to law enforcement. I do not trust them when it comes to real anonymity.
Better go with VPN providers like Perfect Privacy or ovpnto

I wouldn't use ProtonVPN. Mullvad and Cryptostorm.is both accept payments via crypto. Cryptostorm also works over Tor.

ProtonVPN is not really anonymous. I guess Mullvad and iVPN are good ones. They don't even need any email address for signup!
