Problem to register Seychelles and other offshore company. please help?

I have problem to register Seychelles company because my utility bill is older than 3 months, I can't get a new one because my parents own the house where I live now! I tried to register other offshore company but they refuse to help me too. What can I do?

Yes I have letter from bank with my data do you think it can be‌ used?

It should work. The reason a utility bill is requested is for proof of address.‌ A bank statement is usually accepted as proof of address in lieu of a utility‍ bill.

If you don't have a utility bill a bank statement or credit card statement can‌ do it as well. Also a phone bill in your name can be sufficient.
