Prepaid Card UK No ID or electoral roll? Annonymous?

"Walk into a shop and pick up an IDT prime card. Then just register online with phone number and any valid address. They are not asking for documentation as they state.

Yes, I know that but I thought the name and address has to be geuine as they would check electoral roll and if when you register there is no match they will ask for ID due to money laundering regs. Says something about this in the terms and on the register page of the site.
