Prepaid card | 3rd party load | no video verification

Hello everyone!

I'm looking for prepaid card which:
- could be loaded from 3rd party SEPA/SWIFT transfers,
- could be setup with custom, no real darks (selfie with ID + id scans + utility bills, no video verification, no apps!!!)
- no need 1st deposit from own bank account


I found lamdacardservices.com but they ask about credit card to pay for shipping, cards etc.. so I tried with few prepaid cards from providers like instantvirtualcreditcards.com. All these prepaid cc was rejected by payment gateway lamdacardservices.com using paypal with reason - you can't use this card for this transaction (verified pp, linked prepaid cc). Maybe you know any reliable providers

I will try to look into lamdacardservices.com to see what is possible or if there is any workaround.

Beside that, there are not many left any longer, I believe it's because of the tightning requirements from Visa and MasterCard.

the main problem with lamdacardservices.com is that they require payment for card shipping. Available payment options are wire transfer or cc payment.
CC payment is available through paypal checkout. I tried to make a payment using preloaded VCC(bought from website like instantvirtualcreditcards.com) but payment was rejected by paypal. Paypal showed notification that I cant use THIS card for this transaction. PP account is verified, cc linked to account.
I'm lookin for any other vcc - any advices? I see that entropay closed registration, any alternatives?
