How good is it to open bank account in Hong Kong or how easy it is?

Honestly, i don't understand such lazy questions.
Good for what? Saving? Trading? Investment?
Personal or corporate?
What are your ties with HK and/or China?
Etc, etc...
All in all - it can be relatively easy for EU citizens and virtually impossible for (non-HNWI) everyone else

I'm in EU and have the company in UK, Cyprus and Belize.

I look for a business account to receive payments from Instabill.

Personally, i see absolutely no reason for you to deal with HK for banking

Don't waste your time. It is VERY hard these days. You have to have millions and/or know someone on the inside. Maybe someone here can get you in. But if you show up without a HK company and no plans to do real business in HK/China, every single bank in HK will show you the door. HK is not the easy place it used to be. They tightened up more than Ned Flanders at a gay leather party.
