I want to discuss with you this way to get tax free income at low cost.

- Move to Portugal and get NHR status.

- Use an intermediary agency to invoice my clients in Europe (the agency is an USA LLC). Only B2B and IT services.

- Get the money and declare it as dividends from the US company.

Can it work for promised 10 years in Portugal ?, monthly income will be under $5000.

I'm thinking on Portugal because I need to stay in Europe, I'm divorced with family. I can rent a room or use the address from a friend and pay only basic services like water or electricity to get cost low. I'm already out of my original country (several years ago) but my actual EU country have high tax. I don't think it will be a lot of control to know if I'm really in Portugal or not and I can move with car on Europe.

Only costs the agency % and the maintenance costs in Portugal.

Under $5000 any offshore structure are expensive.

I'm in contact with some agency but any recommendation for intemediary/global agencies ?

Thoughts ?

Thanks

How much % do they ask? BTW who are they? I'm not sure how a US LLC could be used as a EU billing company since it's not an EU entity.

They get around 5%. Why should be a problem to invoice EU ? it's done every day, from hosting companies, saas and any kind of services.
