Poll: Dow 10,000 a Signal to Buy or Sell?

If DOW closes above 10,000 marks this week, ending on 16th October 2009,there would be a clear signal of further bullish pattern ,everywhere in the world.So the time is to buy and go long.No questions of selling.In fact we would witness Panic buying by those bearish investors who were left out in the rally.
