Please need review of eccount.com offshore bank ?

Does anyone know about the offshore bank http://www.eccount.com/ I found them today surfing for offshore banking alternatives, I can't find anything about them and they look new!



What I was looking for is a bank (preferable offshore) with International internet banking and multi currency account + debit card. Going to their contact page it seems they are located in the UK More...

If they are UK they are not a offshore bank is it what you say admin?

Even if they had a branch in some offshore jurisdiction the fact they are headquartered in the UK would make me not to open an account there if it was an offshore account I was looking for.

Since when is this an offshore bank? They have never been they are so much onshore and UK that you can't find anything closer to this!
