Hello,

First, thanks for taking the time and effort to read my thread and help!

We run a video hosting business since 2012, all was good with Seychelles until the Panama Papers, we lost our banking partners etc”¦ then we moved to Hong Kong, we had banking with HSBC, all was good until we lost the account for some strange reasons (our advertisers use Belize and other offshore jurisdictions so for them it's a shady business) anyway we found a new banking in Latvia (Baltikums) again for months everything seemed good and perfect service, then it comes forcing us to exchange all our US Dollars holdings to EUR. we accepted and exchanged all , 1 week later they come for more documents, we withdrawn all the money and closed the account, since that time which is around 12 months we opearted without a company and we only use Bitcoins but it's kinda unstable and it's very limiting since our partners don't accept cryptocurrencies so we always pay premiums to pay our servers, salaries etc”¦

My question here can you please help me with a new and strong structure that can work without issues for at least 3+ years,

Thanks again
Regards

Since, I couldn't edit the post, here is what I'm looking for:
1. Privacy of the directors (we receive many DMCA claims, of course we delete all the files but we can't be sure you all know what they did to Kim Dotcom)
2. I was thinking of using a Cyprus company with Cypriot bank account as well, but the only convenience is the public registry and names.
3. One friend suggested to use UK LLP (with 2 seychelles IBC parntership) with Cyprus bank account or EMI

I have it with Seychelles company as mother company, director and shareholder. My name does not come up anywhere! Cyprus bank accepted my business.

Thanks for your answer. I was thinking on using that kind of setup but with Belize as holding company

There are tax benefits using a Seychelles company rather than Belize. You can transfer money tax free between the two entities because Seychelles has signed a tax agreement with Cyprus.

I'm not sure if this apply for Belize too.

You can setup a Seychelles holding company, have a look here Seychelles Company - Removal of public access to filed Register of Directors they are 100% privacy protected again, so nothing will go thru to the public.

It's difficult to make any DMCA towards a Seychelles corp. almost impossible. Should the s**t hit the fan you simply leave this entity and start a new one.

For this purpose I would consider darks if possible.

Thanks for your help,

The only problem with a Seychelles company is that no well established bank want to make business with it, and I'm not really into EMI, but it's going to be discussed with my partner.
Also, there is no corporate information on our website, the cyprus company will be used to receive funds from ad companies and then transfer the funds to the holding company. so no darks are needed I guess

So you will need to make such information show up there!

Just talked to few fiduciaries and all of them said that Belize is indeed tax free just like Seychelles

So you want to setup the entire thing with a Belize company rather than Seychelles.

Most of our partners can write anything and even delete all records. Most of them use shell companies to send payments from different companies always.

Yes, it's actually better to get hands on some good Established banks.

I'm not sure if this is really the case. But you may research a little on it and report back here. For sure I know Cyprus does and vario EMI's.

I talked to 2 Banks in Panama both agreed to open for a Belize entity, the only thing is that the Personal visit is mandatory.

I assume you already have found a solution but for other that may read this thread I would comment as per below.

a) When appointing a nominee director and shareholder when you setup a Cyprus company then your name (UBO = Ultimate Beneficial Owner) will not appear anywhere public. The bank will know you and where you live so for tax exchange reasons it won't help but for privacy it works that way.

b) This is a great way to keep your privacy, unfortently it will not provide you with any bank account nor EMI because both will refuse to open accounts or they will kill you with requests for documents you have to provide to them. I would setup a simple UK company first, get the account opened and then change the ownership of this UK ltd to the Seychelles corps as suggested by your friend.

That friend don't know what he is talking about at least it's something from the past he may have read or tried. Today this is not possible, I would suggest you to take a close look at this thread, Personal bank account scroll down to the middle of this page. This is very interesting and seem to be a solution to how to stay anonymous for banking.

I can tell you that darks will be the most viable way to setup a company after 2019 because everything get more tighten in regards to banks that report and tax authorities getting a network to exchange information about their citizens.
