Personal or corproate offshore bank account without any ID or reference letter, ok?

Can it be done to open a personal or corporate offshore bank account without any ID (passport copy or photo ID) or bankers reference letter?


What options are there fore the many million people out there that can't get a simple bank account? PayPal only?

If you find a solution then let us all know here in this thread what banks offers such 🙂 and please do so before you are going to pay any money or proceed with the account opening.

I didn't find any solution like that but are looking for it, there must be a huge marked for a solution like that if it exists 🙂 ??
