Maybe a bit too much. It could be arranged by reloading my SIM card though FPS once per year for HK$45 already.
Thinking the above - investments should do the trick.
That and they allow remote account opening for certain passport + residency combinations, which tells me they don't care much about local vs international transactions. Plus they'll make more money (fees) on the latter?
