banking With a chinese passport highly likely to get an offshore acct, which has to be Business acct, these can be carried out by establishing an entity in the banking jurisdiction of choice.
if europe you would need to setup/register a company, get a local resident as nominee within the jurisdiction of choice, split the shareholder ratio with you having the controlling shares.
an additional scenario, would be going into a partnership, joint venture,with a local SME, where you could come in as supplier of goods︀ to the SME. this scenario would establish a MOA,company share certificates, directors memo,Tax No. etc︁ which would be presented/submitted to the intended bank.
Expect some DD from the banking, if︂ all is in good order you should have a green light towards banking credentials and︃ welcome pack..
take note this might require some legal oversight as well as onboarding criterias..with︄ a local SME no need to prove substance..

Yes. Just open with Standard Bank in Puerto Rico like every other Chinese person does for their offshore needs. It will be quick and simple and can be done remotely in minutes.
