Perfect offshore company to avoid tax, how?

Seek advise to get perfect offshore company setup to avoid to pay tax, can you tell what is required, how it can be made and where to register the offshore company please?

Was going to post this as well as a possible answer. It seems to me only alternative would be a much more complex and expensive solution which involves a Trust and a Foundation.

From the support by cclogic I learned there are minimum 3 different options.


1. Foundation + IBC both located in Seychelles


2. Seychelles IBC + Cyprus IBC


3. Trust+Foundation+IBC all 3 entity's located in the Seychelles


Banking for Trust and Foundation has to take place in the Seychelles for this to work.
