Perfect Money how do they work?

I wonder how perfect money works!

Is it like PayPal or more like Stripe and 2co? As I understand you receive credit card payments with them and can withdraw to any bank account or has the bank account to be in the name of the PM account holders?

In their terms and conditions they state:

"Can I withdraw my money into another person's account?
You can withdraw your money into any bank account. You just need to make sure all the recipient information is correct. "

The account its easy to verificate but I havent try it yet, im interested in sending big transactions via bank wire but kind of scared not to much good reviews
