I am planning to move to Switzerland. Thinking of a establishing a company in Zug, and hiring myself.
If I live in Geneva for example, but keep management in Zug (with the local resident director thing), what should I do to prevent PE issues? Anyone got advice?
It's cheaper to pay less tax than keep a director. I don't want a full-time employee. Will obviously stay off documents.
