In any case, it depends on your use case, I personally would not know what I would use this bank for. There are enough banks in the EU for EU residents with many benefits at no cost (no fees, on foreign transaction fees, fre widthdrawals world-wide, etc.). And I have my serious doubts whether they could compete with that while being able to be in the business for longer than Nuri. But again, there will be use cases where this bank comes in handy. Up to you to decide.

But what is the use case of this bank? They only serve residents from 19 EU counties. All of them have better alternatives from high street banks with lower fees and better service.
use case is that you can get a UnionPay Card or Mastercard Prepaid with insanse high limits you can load the cards up to 150,000 EUR (!!) and high ATM withdraw limits
Ok bring back cash to China. Sounds legit. I think their business may not be the best now as the money flow is pretty much strongly out of China.
