This is really great news and would make it even easier for people to deal with crypto.
But PayPal did not make a decision yet when they will role out this option for their 325 million users.

This is 2020 and if you want to use fiat rails for crypto then KYC is here to stay. If your buying or selling
Paypal is a bank registered in Luxembourg, sure them offering crypto is nice for mainstream attention but i doubt anyone established in the space will be wanting to use their services knowing they will basically rat you out to the tax man the first chance they get. However it will be good to attract newcomers.
Not all are into tax evasion just because they are using crypto as a payment or investment option 🙂
