I have used for years a PP HK account on Seychelles IBC with Hong Kong Address.
Address proof and bank account are in HK.
Last Paypal asked for all documents, which were uploaded and were legit. Then I got a message that if I could not provide all documents had to close my account, another CS said they were verifying them now. Today I received a message my appeal was declined while I had not sent an appeal :
"For the safety and security of the PayPal network, we often review accounts for potential risks. After reviewing your account, we have decided to close it because of security issues.
We are making every effort to minimise any disruption to your business.
If your PayPal account balance is zero, and you have no unresolved buyer complaints or chargebacks, your account will remain limited."
Any suggestions?
