Both Payoneer and Transferwise do give you a US Bank account to receive money. The latter from'anybody', the former only from 'businesses'.
If you feel you were treated unfairly and you were using legit/real/own papers than since Transferwise seems to be regulated by the FCA in the UK, the thing you can do is to contact the Financial Ombudsman: How to complain
It's free and doesn't take much time to fill the form. However resolution from Financial Ombudsman is not immediate. Now if you used the darks or are unable to account for the source of the money you are lost the account and the monies with it. However that is part of the game so do not fault Transferwise for it.
