Payoneer prepaid card reporting my data?

Hi,

I have gone trough so much information about Payoneer prepaid card as well as CRS. But I'm not still quite sure whether Payoneer is treated as a bank or not.

I am still wondering if CRS will affect on Payoneer or not. Does Payoneer give information and my data to my country's tax authorities?

I am trying to avoid some taxes in my home country and therefore some of my income goes to Payoneer prepaid card. Could Payoneer report this data to tax authorities in West Europe?

hey honey payoneer is not a bank . it's just a middle man between bank and clients .
i think payoneer is over now because choicebank . they can report users .
