Payment processorts? Not payment gateways

There's a difference between between payment processors and payment gateways, and the former are, in a nutshell, better for a business owner, as I've learned. Stripe is a payment gateway.

What are famous payment processors? And how easy is it to open an account with a payment processor compared to payment gateway?

Payment gateway requires a merchant account which you most often get with an ISO, PSP‌ or MSP they then refer you to the payment gateway.

Why do you believe Stripe‍ is a payment gateway? They are a third party biller like ccbill, paypal and 2co!⁠

A valid list of MSP's and ISO's will be available if you search on google⁤ for Visa certified partners!
