There is a standart registration fee of 500 EUR from mastercard that most legit PSPs ask to pay. You can ask them to take it from your processing volume.

Not that alone and their settlement is s**t .. 15 days hold of fund to settlement

This is a requirement from most of the card providers. It is 14 days on first settlement and then 7 days every next settlement.
