Any payment processor will ask you for KYC documents. There is no exception of that. Should there be one that don't do that don't use them run!

A lot of financial service begun their business by being cool regarding to KYC because they need to onboard to customers.
Then 2 options are showing up :
- They go with your money, as they was cool , they don't know you well ( no KYC ) but you don't know them too.
- They de-risking and try to be more legit to stay on the market in front of regulations due to their business, and you find yourself with an account blocked until you provide documents.

So my tip is like that, no matter what, company formation, bank/emi, processor etc are only tools to make business, and you need good tools to make good business. Avoid all the short and easy ways. Build a serious set up with serious partner, in this case processor.

You won't find any legitimated payment processor not requiring docs. All of them have to collect some sort, some more or less.
