Payment processor inquiry

I have an idea of starting a project that offers services. We're planning a subscription-based payment for our project.

For now, we are planning a no-legitimate process for a year. I need to see the growth of our project. Then we register the company somewhere in Europe.

I already have a few payment processor proposals. Is anyone dealing with high-risk situations?

I have a lack of knowledge problem in this area. I hope your comments will help.
