Payment Processor for Specific Payment Methods

Hi, I am looking for a payment processor that would accept easily payments from repetitive payment methods - Mostly Visa and Mastercard Prepaid cards (BIN 4358, 5113), issued in the US. Also AMEX (3779) Gift cards as well. There won't be any charge backs on the payments in ANY way, so the rate will be 0%. Expected volumes of $2k-$3k daily at first. Can you recommend such processor?
