Hello, I am looking for a payment processor that would be able to accept prepaid non-reloadable giftcards, (onevanilla cards etc) These cards are all USD and I am also located in USA.
This doesn't require any special processor. As long as your business model is commensurate with the processor's risk appetite, you can go with any US based processor like Stripe, Braintree, Bluesnap, Square, and so on.
Now, obviously, your business sounds quite suspicious, as if you're running a business that launders money through prepaid cards. But if we assume it's a nice, clean business, I don't see any problems finding a processor.
