I didn't get the funds that are supposedly blocked by their bank. I am receiving some weekly settlements since July for new sales.prepaiddays said:

Since then you haven't had any other issues with them? What have they said about the funds that are still blocked? Were those rolling reserve funds or just weekly settlement that was held?JohnnyDoe said:

No news from them about the blocked funds. They were actual settlements, 6 figures. Rolling reserves are 10%.prepaiddays said:

I have not received any settlement before July. All what we processed until June is being held, supposedly by their banking partner. I have not seen any proof that they had an issue with that bank, which they claim they are suing.prepaiddays said:
But you've received all your settlements since then and before that? So since those funds have been blocked you've received 5 figure settlements from them on time? Sounds like they may have had an issue with their previous banking partner what do you think?

What rate did you agree to? Did you agree to 20% or was it less?JohnnyDoe said:

I am now receiving weekly settlements but accounting is a mess, so I can't exactly say what they refer to. All in all, it seems that they are taking 20% out of my money between processing fees, conversion fees, and whatever else.

I agreed 15% hoping to lower it later.prepaiddays said:

What did they say the other 5% is for? Currency conversion and settlement fees or what?
They didn't say anything. I just calculated it based on the actual amount of money they sent.prepaiddays said:

That's terrible did you ask them about the missing 5%?JohnnyDoe said:

I'm more concerned about the missing settlements at the moment. And they are not responsive, taking days for answering emails.
Are you still processing with them and receiving weekly settlements but no news about the missing settlements?JohnnyDoe said:

so your business is really high risk. what about your cb rate?JohnnyDoe said:
Can anyone provide constructive advice instead of cheering on my loss?
For example by suggesting a suitable processor for my nutra/cannabis shop. $300/400k processing volumes per month, it's not worth to scam me. I start slow to test any new processor.
