Paxum account

We have plan to open offshore company with nominee director.. Problem is because we need a Paxum (eWallet as Paypal) account for our business...


So question is:


Can our nominee director open an account on Paxum ? If we open account of true director, our offshore company is not anonymous anymore..


Any suggestions please?
