Panamericano Said to Be in Advanced Talks With Banks

Banco Panamericano SA, bailed out in November with a 2.5 billion reais ($1.5 billion) loan, is in advanced talks with two banks interested in buying the Brazilian lender, a person familiar with the negotiations said.
