It depends on your goals as we always say. But Seychelles has a‌ better privacy protection compared to Belize and Panama companies.

Most are looking into a Seychelles company, I just order my company in the Seychelles.‌ That said I would still be looking into a Panama and Mairtius or Guatemala company‍ for my needs.
