I need the advise of some professionals to help which offshore jurisdiction would be the best to apply for a license for an Online Casino and Poker site?


We have made some research on the net to find information about Panama and Mauritius laws are favorizing online Casinos is that true?


What are the costs for company + gambling license and who can help?

For Online Casino's and Poker websites the most attractive offshore jurisdictions at the moment are Malta if Europe and Costa Rica if Offshore. Please note that the obtaining of a Gambling license in Malta is very expansive (min. EUR 25.000) and lots of requirements in regards to security, staff, office and software.

So I learned from another post that Costa Rica is not a real license but a datalicense or something😕 In the mean time I've been looking into Hong Kong as well but seems impossible to obtain any casino license there, anyone knows?
