Panama foundation to hold shares in Belize company ok?

Can a Panama foundation hold the shares (be 100% shareholder) of a Belize company?


I'm looking for such an setup at the moment but nor sure if the CSP is giving me the right information.

What are the costs for a Panama Foundation?

I can get a Panama foundation for aprox. USD 4000 it's an ok price. I assume you can have the panama foundation to own a Seychelles IBC as well, right?

Does anyone know who to incorporate the Panama foundation with? I know only 1 company wouldn't mind to look into others.
