Panama corp easy to get EMIs or bank account? Or any better country?

I looking to open a company for affiliate marketing, software dev, Designs etc. I think Panama seems like good option. Is it easy to get different EMIs? As I assume bank account is difficult?
Any other countries thats better? Not in EU or US . When I say better I mean not big taxes, low cost to operate etc

Thanks Enomad,I did have HK few years ago and never used it and well I‌ kind messed up as I just ignored it and not paid some fees so assume‍ I am some how is blacklisted. No idea if I am but just assuming so⁠ not sure I can open new again.
But if I could is it easy to⁤ get EMIs? And I also think will need provide some tax id as affialite company⁣ to some network to get paid.Some not ask, some do.

I have clients that own network for affiliate marketers and we setup them in US‌ as they are non resident, or Romania could be a great option with a lot‍ opportunities to open EMIs
