Anyone tried any of these two processors Pacypay/wintopay?

i tried‌ pacypay for over one year, they don't like high risk business. he is Chinese company.‍

@cryptounions i contacted them both and wintopay is also‌ asian. what did you sue them for ? are you still using them ? what‍ are their requirements to join ? what are their fees/payouts etc?
