Package, PayPal, 2checkout, offshore corp and bank account all in 1 where?

Need to know where we can get a package that includes the following

Offshore company doesn't matter where
Offshore bank account need to have IBAN and SWIFT code
PayPal account
2checkout account
Debit Card Visa or Master
Original documents

I want it all in one package if possible and I don't want to do any of the parts!

Do you know of an agent that can help with this or a hint to who may be able to help sorting all this out.

Price doesn't matter as long as i get guarantees for delivery or money back!!

Why do you want both PayPal and 2checkout? you could simply use the latter to accept Credit cards + PayPal!

I agree with @auric - why do you want both. If you can get a 2checkout.com account for your offshore company you may be fine in order to accept all the major payment methods around.

You look at between 3000 and 4000 euro depending on offshore jurisdiction and what services are required.
