Original documents for my seychelles or other offshore company why?

Why will I want they send me original registration documents for my company in Seychelles or other offshore company? They want additional money for this but I will receive originals by e-mail!!

You will need either the originals or certified (with apostille) copies of the originals if you want to open a bank account on your own or if you ever for any other reason need proof of ownership by having hard copies.

Banks generally will not accept email (soft) copies only. They almost always ask for hard copies.

Well, most often SCANS are sufficient at least if we are speaking Cyprus banks and the Caribbean bank, they never need anything else then that. However, you may want to open a bank account with other banks that may require the originals.

Most banks (so in Cyprus) will require the apostile. Some banks don't care about it.

It is always a good idea to get the documents as originals by courier and apostilled.
