Ordered service from a member

I ordered service from JohnSeed almost 3 weeks ago. He said delivery is 7-10 business days. Last info I got from him is that he is waiting for EMI. I tried to get update via forum and email, but guy stopped responding me. So I have no idea if he is going to deliver or when.

Anyone doing business with this guy? Is he still around?
 
Okay.... You spammed me during the weekend with endless mails. I'm not always available in the weekends!

I deliver and have always delivered, if people are to stupid to understand the service or to respect weekends so it's their fault not mine.
 
Ok im not turning it into debate here. Thank you for answering. I don't know what you mean by endless mails. I asked you sit rep on Friday and then again during weekend.

When selling a service you can keep customer updated. Also don't promise over optimistic delivery time like 7-10 days in this case. My question to you was that if things didn't go as planned what is the new estimate on delivery? Maybe it's stupid to ask but yes, I don't understand the service, thats why I hired you. Hope things go smoother from now on and you give me some estimate when can i expect delivery.
 
I agree with @Blackbird - you must keep what you promises otherwise you will end up with trouble.

Rather to promise 10 days then say 30 days or even more if that is what it takes. I know you are not new into this BIZ @JohnSeed so you should know better.

Well I thought we get back on track. Got one mail from @JohnSeed that he will get back me later that day. That was week ago on 4th. I tried sending him email and few messages here but no response. I see that he is online etc but no answer. I guess my money is gone with this guy.
 
Promises promises and promised. Did not deliver so now he is banned. I told him that if he scams me he gets the money but gets bad karma.

Well lets see who will be the newest seller to register as I'm guessing he will be back.

There are lots of good guys here who understand customer service etc. We all probably always have been in situation where something goes wrong so you just solve it. Give money back or apologize. Not so hard.

But yes I'm to blame also, I was fooled by registration date 2015. It doesn't mean nothing. I thought it would be worth something but I was wrong.

Anyways now nobody needs to ask no more if he delivered or not. Banned scammer.
