Optimal jurisdiction for UK non-dom running Adsense site(s)?

The setup:

• UK resident non-dom
• Purchased a website outside the UK
• Website earns money via Adsense
• Want to retain earnings in company to develop the site and possibly buy additional sites
• Needs to be a jurisdiction with:
  • convenient online banking
  • to which Adsense can easily transfer money
  • minimal corporate tax
  • no withholding tax on dividends to UK non-doms
  • minimal corporate CGT for when the site (held by the company) gets sold
  • reasonable company maintenance (annual fees, accountancy) costs

Any ideas?

Try an Isle of Man company. Check however that Adsense accepts it.

The added bonus‌ is Isle of Man has vast experience in banking UK non-doms. You need to ensure‍ your capital and income are kept separate offshore and avoid mixing of capital with income⁠ to end up with dirty capital - you never know when you may ever need⁤ to remit to UK ;-)
