I seem to have trouble with a frequent requests while onboarding with service providers - to provide a proof of operational address for companies in Saint Lucia, Marshal Islands, Comoros, etc.

Does anyone know how to overcome this or maybe can connect me with some corporate service providers who can arrange a lease agreement or anything similar?

Thank you

Sure, MS Paint does it. If you want a proper office with utility bills, rent agreement etc. we can always help you to get somebody there to run an offic for you.

Rent office, pay utilities, hire management and place in the office

The days of establishing a offshore company without substance are over

can refer to anyone who can assist with substance in such jurisdiction? there's no problem to do it if i find a good corporate service provider located in those islands.

I thought those kinds of jurisdictions should be happy you opened a company there? What service providers would demand that?..

Comoros is an often times "fake" jurisdiction more or less where everyone just seems to use a village as the place of location lol. For the others just use a corporate services provider (one of the many) and you'll be fine. If you need an actual private address feel free to use job boards but then oftentimes people tend to either want to move on from using their address for your business or they just won't respond once they get paid. At least, thats what I noticed (not in these jurisdictions per se). Think about it, would you use your address for just one company / client for $400 per month?

Yes, I see the same ”“ Hamchako in Anjouan or Bonovo in Fomboni in Mwali.

Though I mostly doubt the existence of the regulators or even any offices at all at these addresses.

The Anjouan register is ran from the UK and the Mwali one has an even richer history which is too long to elaborate upon here 🙂

Well, this is difficult e.g. in the Marshalls, because everything gets registered and addressed to the complex of International Registries, the Maryland company that manages NRDCs for MH.

This is an interesting idea.

Just hiring people locally to list their home address for the company?

It's a risk but I guess it could work ”“ maybe preferably not to list it as the business address of your entity but to demonstrate having a local office.
