Operating agreement in NM

Guys and gals who have the new mexico LLC as the sole owner/member, do you have an operational agreement?
Do you recommend it?
As I read it is not mandatory in NM.

Yes it's not mandatory in NM but it's advisable you make one for your LLC

If you want to open accounts with real banks in the US it's highly recommended to have one
