Operating agreement in NM

Guys and gals who have the new mexico LLC as the sole owner/member, do you have an operational agreement?
Do you recommend it?
As I read it is not mandatory in NM.

Yes it's not mandatory in NM but it's advisable you make one for your‌ LLC
