All EMIs with bank license and REAL banks will report to the tax authorities in according to CRS rules and TIEA.

LoL do you think a financial institution that has no bank license don't has to comply to International Regulations and Reporting standards - OMFG what world are you living in! The time is over where you can relay on such statements from service providers and banks! Have you ever looked into what is actually required to run a legal financial service business and what they have to comply to?

All EMIs must respect KYC/AML standards, but without bank license NO Automatic Exchange.

So wise words.. really.. study CRS and CRD IV you are 100% right you can also study the bible and believe all of what is in there. From my personal experience and people I each day speak with I know that people get fucked badly because they believe into what they ready about the public available information and STATEMENTS from various service providers.

I'm a RA and work in this sector since 2001. I know that the offshore world is changing and that many are afraid.
For this reason and in according to all International treaties, CRS, EU Directives a High level of privacy can be obtained using one or more of the following solutions:
- Trust;
- Foundation;
- Fiduciary Service;
- New Residency outside Europe (e.g. Panama and Dubai);
- Second Citizenship outside Europe;
- Special Programs (Malta Non-Dom, Portugal NHR, Ireland Non-Dom);
- New Residency in Montenegro (NO AEOI) or other low cost country as Bulgaria.
The solutions can be mixed.

Yes everyon can claim to be in the business for centuries. When I read some of your replies I can read that you are good in advertising your stuff and that may be what you have done since then I don't know and don't really care. The fact is that you suggest something to people which they have no clue about and you try to convience them that they can get 100% privacy if they setup their stuff with you.

The solutions described in my previous mesage can be setup with any Offshore Service Provider, but they have to be tailor-made to customer needs. These solutions are fully legal and operative.
I don't like talking, but working.

If you want to setup something that is either compliant to common CRS reporting standards which means you have to pay tax from your profits or you have to do a custom setup with some of the more gray area providers around.
For me it was working great with a Cyprus company, banking in Cyprus and Cyprus PayPal - I managed to withdraw to my debit card linked to my bank account in Cyprus. I have opened a stealth PayPal account also in Cyprus with darks to receive all payments and prevent my real PP account to be attacked or even closed. It's a nice setup which I'm happy with.
